It is Halloween Time at the Resort and Mickey, Minnie and Pluto are ready for some Trick or Treating

 There is an entire section of the store all decked out with Jack Skellington stuff

Disneyland Pictures of the Day: Stormtroopers invade Disneyland

The Stormtrooper presence in Disneyland has been growing lately.  They appear to be searching for something.  Perhaps a pair of lost Droids.  I'm so excited that Disney now owns Star Wars and the possibilities of what new fun and exciting things could now come to the parks.  The fact that Stromtroopers now patrol the streets of Tomorrowland is only the beginning of so much potential future fun.

Downtown Disney: Top Spot for People Watching

There is no better place for people watching while having a cocktail on the Disney Property than the cool and stylish  Uva Bar.   Located right in the middle of Downtown Disney.   People watching is something we enjoy and Disneyland and Vegas are the two best places for this activity.  What better way to relax and get out of the traffic of weird people in Goofy hats than this spot.   Number one on our people watching spot list at the resort.

Halloween has arrived: Holiday Haunted Mansion celebrates 13th year.

 

The Halloween Decoration are up already at the Disneyland and the 13th Anniversary of Holiday Haunted Mansion is going on.  The additions to the ride are great.  There are great new special effects in the stretching room.  Hint look up.  And the changing portrait section with Zero flying from picture to picture is incredible.  I love this year unique gingerbread house which resembles on Advent calendar.

Bad Ear Day 2013   7 out of 10

Bad Ear Day basically boils down to  Mickey Mouse getting ready for a date with Minnie and he literally loses his ears and spends the  whole cartoon trying to track them down.  It has some interesting hidden Mickey Ears site gags and a cool segment where he can't hear anything (because he doesn't have ears).  I'm still hating the new look for Goofy (he looks like he needs a bath).  It was an entertaining cartoon with a cute ending,  but not one of the best in this current series of new cartoons.
