Ned resides in the South Sea Trader in Adventureland. He is always willing to give out some advice for a price. Shrunken Ned is a fun twist of the old Fortune Teller machines.

If you are not in the mood to wait 45 minutes or longer....The single rider line at Splash Mountain is a great idea...and sometimes you end up in the same boat anyway because of the way things are grouped. So if you are a group of 2 and you don't care that you are in the same boat...give the single rider line a shot. When I go out with my stepson we use this strategy and it really pays off. Generally around a 5 minute wait at most which saves you 40 minutes of your day that can be used for other rides.
