Oz The Great and Powerful Balloon has arrived

Oz the Great and Powerful  Balloon Tour has arrived for the day in Disneyland.

Well technically between Disneyland and DCA.

Early the morning of February 17th the hot air balloon was floating between the 2 parks tethered to the ground in promotion of the upcoming Oz the Great and Powerful  (a look at the story of the Wizard from the OZ world and how he got to OZ).
