This cartoon is all about Minnie Mouse. The cartoons in this series that center around the different cultures of the world have in general been my less favorites of the series. In this cartoon Minnie Mouse is in Holland and is desperately trying to save one of her flowers that is dying by giving it water from an uncooperative windmill. The cartoon centers on Minnie's efforts to get the windmill going to provide the flower with much needed water. It had a couple of good sight gags as Minnie tries everything under the sun to save her flower.
